Longevity & reliability: With components indoors and underground, geothermal systems are less exposed to the elements than traditional outdoor HVAC units, making them less likely to be damaged. Expected lifespan is 20 years or more.
Flexibility: Systems can be installed on almost any size residential or commercial property, under lawns, landscaped areas, driveways or the building itself. Can be used in new construction, or retrofitted as a replacement HVAC system in an existing structure.
Increased indoor air quality: Because GSHPs don’t pump in outdoor air, the indoor air is free of pollen, pollutants, spores and other allergens.
Many uses: Can act as a combination heating and cooling system, as well as a water heater. May also be used with a radiant heated floor system.
